1. Replacement Guarantee
We will replace your product free of charge if it meets one of the following conditions:
· Manufacturing defects (e.g., structural instability, material flaws).
· Damage caused during shipping (e.g., broken parts, scratches).
· Missing components or accessories (e.g., screws, assembly tools).
· Product differs from the description on our website.
Replacement is not available for:
· Damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g., cat scratching, accidental spills).
· Issues caused by improper assembly or misuse.
· Products altered after delivery (e.g., modifications, repairs).
2. Replacement Process
Step 1: Report the Issue
· Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via kmileye@hotmail.com.
· Provide photo/video evidence of:
o Unopened package exterior (if damage is visible).
o Defective parts or discrepancies (clear close-up shots).
o Recommended: Full unboxing video for faster resolution.
Step 2: Return the Product
· Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories (manual, warranty card, screws).
· We will email a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 3: Replacement or Coupon
· Replacement is processed within 5 business days after we confirm the defect.
· If the product is out of stock, you will receive a coupon code equal to the item’s value, valid for 3 months on our site.
3. Refund Policy
· Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
· Refunds apply only if a replacement is unavailable and you decline a coupon.
4. Key Conditions
· Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
· Original Condition: Products must be returned unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
